3. Pricing:
While we make the best effort to keep our site information correct and up to date, there still could be some spelling mistakes, manufacturers changes, or price changes. We do not accept liability for all those mentioned above. We reserve the right to change the price of the product at any time.
4. Cancellation and return policy:
4.1. All sales and orders are final.
4.2. You can cancel or change your order within the same working day. There are no exchanges once your order is in production. If you approved the artwork or graphical proof of order, then the order is in production and cannot be canceled/ exchanged.
4.3. Each item is carefully controlled and packed before the shipment. If the breakage occurs while item in shipping you have to contact the carrier first.
4.4. Our product is of excellent quality, but there may be slight nuances on our pictures from the real product. We reserve the right to change pictures anytime.

10. Shipping delays and liability
You agree not to hold Awards Toronto accountable for shipping and delivery delays. When your order is shipped from our engraving facility, it is carrier’s responsibility do deliver the order in time alligated according to the shipping method chosen. Late approvals from you may require expedited shipping methods or rush production charges.
If you choose Canada Post for the delivery of your products, Awards Toronto canot be held responsible for that shipment. Our responsibility for the shipment ends at the door of Canada Post Office.
11. Freight claims and breakage
11.1 Awards Toronto doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that your shipping address is a physical address.
Before shipping your order we send each item to controller’s team to be inspected. All shipped goods become customer’s property at the time they are accepted by carrier.
11.2 All freight damages must be reported to an appropriate shipping carrier within 3 business days of merchandise receipt.
11.3 You are responsible for paying shipping cost, custom duties, taxes or any other tarrifs associated with the order. Awards Toronto is not responsible for preparing any import or certificates documents.
12. Log in
12.1 To register with Awards Toronto.com you must be over eighteen years of age.
